What is HER Collective?
HER Collective is a space created for women to heal, feel empowered, and reclaim who they are, especially after betrayal, relational trauma, and experiences that have disrupted their sense of self.
Meet the Founder
My personal experience with betrayal left me feeling broken and questioning everything I believed about trust and relationships.
Through healing, I learned to rebuild my sense of self, create healthy boundaries, and reconnect with my ability to trust again.
With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, I have also witnessed how deeply betrayal and relational trauma can impact a woman’s identity, self-worth, and sense of safety.
HER Collective was created from both my personal and professional journey—a space where women can feel seen, supported, and empowered as they heal, reconnect with themselves, and begin to trust again.
I created HER Collective as a space for women to feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
As a therapist, I have witnessed how deeply betrayal, relational trauma, and life experiences can impact a woman’s sense of self, identity, and trust.
HER Collective was born from the desire to create a space where women can reconnect with who they are, find their voice, and begin to heal in a way that feels safe and intentional.
This is more than a community—it’s a space for transformation, growth, and reclaiming your sense of self.

How Your Healing Can Begin...
Whether you are navigating betrayal, seeking clarity, or reconnecting with yourself, there's a space here for you.
The HER Approach
Healing is not linear, and it is not one-size-fits-all.
My approach is rooted in creating a space that is safe, intentional, and centered on helping you reconnect with yourself.
Awareness
Understanding your experiences, patterns, and the impact of betrayal and relational trauma.
Processing
Creating space to feel, reflect, and work through emotions in a safe and supported way.
Reclaiming
Reconnecting with your identity, your voice, and who you are beyond your experiences.
